With the club now having 15 Badge teams, a roster has been drawn up to utilise the courts we have available on Saturdays.  The roster will start this Saturday February 4.

Please study the Roster carefully, find out your team’s court allocation and commit to that time for practice for the next five weeks. Captains do not have to call and book courts. Please follow the court roster.

Captains and vice captains, please obtain balls from the court captain of the day, also water and ice is available from the back storeroom.

To best utilise the two hour time slot, captains should run drills for the first hour and play short sets of seven games, with no add scoring for the second hour. Captains are encouraged to try out as many doubles team combinations as possible, before deciding on your permanent partners for the upcoming badge season.

• French Open and Wimbledon. Tennis Australia will be conducting a ballott for tickets on the 3rd March. All registered members can apply for 2 tickets on line http://www.tennis.com.au/tournaments/grand-slams/tickets

• Ladies Teams. I will advise all as soon as I receive them from the selectors

• Roof Tile. We have a broken teracotta roof tile. If anyone has a spare one hidden in the garage we would be very grateful if you could let us have one.

• Practice for Badge courts have been allocated, I have advised you of the court availability earlier.

• Change of address, change of e-mail address or telephone number please advise me to enable us to update our data base.
