Ask The Pro:
I have a follow on to my tennis elbow question.
My overall flexibility and range of motion has
decreased while the pain in my lower back and
knees is increasing after I finish playing.
Can you suggest any simple exercises which might
help me address some of these issues??

We have enjoyed
watching the Shanghai Masters doubles. These
guys never seem to worry about protecting their
sidelines when their partner is serving whereas
my partners often tell me "to watch my sideline"

State of Origin
Decider: July 2.
After a resounding NSW win in round one
Queensland responded in the second leg with a
comprehensive butt kicking to leave this year's
State of Origin wide open for the taking by
either team. We will be opening the bar,
ordering pizza, bringing in a big screen
projector and watching the carnage unfold in the
comfort of the clubhouse and encourage those of
you without plans to come on down and enjoy the
game with friends! So warn the other half now,
tell them you're off to the club for beers &
rugby and leave them with control of the TV
remote and Grey's Anatomy Repeats for the
night! Doors open at 7pm on Wednesday so block
your diary now and see you there.

President's
Announcement: In Phase I
new bar equipment was installed, the bar area
upgraded and new furnishings purchased. Phase II
involved resurfacing all courts, installing new
fencing and a Grandstand shade. Phase III will
further improve the environment, increase
clubhouse capacity, provide improved viewing of
the tennis courts, and eliminate some
longstanding negatives.

Australia Day:
The tradition of having Australia Day as a
national holiday on January 26 is a recent one.
Not until 1935 did all the Australian states and

until 1994 did they begin to celebrate Australia
Day consistently as a public holiday on that
date. For
