There will be a minimum of 4 entrants for an event to be held.  Matches will be drawn by the C.C. committee – there will be a “completion date” as well as the drawn time – if the time drawn is not suitable for all players - it will then be up to all the participants to reschedule the match HOWEVER  it must be completed  by  the “ completion date” as set down.  All entrants must be fully financial members of MLTC (2009/10 subs paid).
